Jay E. Auerbach was born in Brooklyn, New York. He earned a B.A. in History at the State University of New York at Albany and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Auerbach handles cases in many different areas of the law including real estate transactions, probate/trust administration, wills & trusts (estate planning), landlord-tenant law, business formation, corporate transactions, and civil litigation. Mr. Auerbach is a title insurance agent writing title insurance for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
