About Jason Spanich

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1997, I passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam the same year and started practicing law shortly thereafter. Highly trained and motivated, I have an approach that makes my clients feel confident and assured that their case is going to proceed in a way that ensures their best interests.

Often, clients are unsure of what to expect when being accused of a crime. I can provide understanding and reliability in an uncertain time. It is a priority that I am there for my clients; from the first steps of arrest or arraignment through the trial, hearing, or pleas. Throughout my career, I have handled all manners of criminal cases and have represented clients charged with the most serious crimes, including murder, rape, assault, and robbery. I also handle misdemeanors, and my litigation experience includes more than 50 jury trials.

I have spent many years developing techniques and methods to work with you and draw out all the relevant facts of the case. Together we can develop the best possible plan for your case and work together to fight for your rights.
