About Jared Doster

Licensed to practice in the states of Texas and Florida, Henry J. Doster is a young attorney who started his legal practice in 2017 and has already made a name for himself with his legal acumen and exceptional services offered to his clients through the law firm of Doster Law PLLC in Panama City, Florida. Focusing his practice on intellectual property law, he has assisted clients from several industries with patent litigation, Lanham Act litigation, copyright litigation, trade secret litigation, and TTAB proceedings.

With a dual degree in physics and applied and computational mathematics, Mr. Doster graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2011. Two years later, he obtained his master’s degree from Michigan State University, during which he worked as a graduate research assistant at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory. He enrolled in the Vanderbilt University Law School in 2014 and secured his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2017.

Mr. Doster is licensed before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as all federal courts in Florida and Texas.

Before establishing Doster Law PLLC in 2022, Mr. Doster worked as an associate attorney at several law firms across Florida and Texas. During his tenure in these firms, he gained invaluable knowledge and experience by working under many senior attorneys and sharpened and refined his legal abilities. From assisting in the documentation process to being the lead attorney in a case, he has proven himself to be a tireless attorney who is committed to providing his clients with the highest quality legal representation.
