About James Reich

For more than 40 years, Attorney Reich has represented individuals, families and corporate entities in cases displaying an extensive range of legal expertise and has successfully argued numerous appellate cases before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Reich’s legal and trial experience is extensive and encompasses lawsuits involving divorce, custody actions and grandparents’ rights, estate administration issues, personal injury litigation, and complex contract and civil disputes. He has skillfully handled collection and real estate matters for individuals and corporations as well as appellate appeals in a variety of domestic and civil cases. Particularly noteworthy is his considerable experience handling complicated estate administration matters, will contests, and the drafting of complex estate planning documents.

Attorney Reich is a member of the PA Bar Association, Lehigh and Northampton County Bar Associations, Florida Bar Association, and is admitted to the Bar of the U.S. District Court. He is also licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Florida.
