All too often, we see great ideas fail and magnificent dreams flounder. The Entrepreneurial Spirit has made this country great, but for that Spirit to succeed, it must have a purpose, a direction, and a plan. You run your business because you believe in your product and because you believe that what you do makes a difference in the world around you. My job is simple: to help you clarify, build, and protect your vision for your business. There will be competitors; there will be hurdles; there will be trying times. A business attorney’s job is to stand by you, offer wise counsel where he may, and work with you as you create your entrepreneurial reality. I began practicing business law in New York in 2004 because I loved the idea of helping to build enterprises that created true wealth and that allowed people to make an honest wage and transform the world around them. In 2012, my family and I move to Texas to continue that practice. It has been my honor and privilege to work with businesses at all levels, from the dynamic intensity of the multination conglomerate to the eager vision of the single entrepreneur.
