About James Donohue

James P. Donohue Jr. received his JD in law from Fordham Law School in 1975 having previously completed his undergraduate degree at Fordham College (1972) and a graduate degree at Fordham Graduate School (1973). He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is currently admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts in the State of New York and the Federal Courts in the State of Connecticut.

Mr. Donohue’s primary area of expertise is in the area of litigation, having been involved in litigation and trials in all New York City boroughs, as well as Westchester, Rockland, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He has also been admitted pro hac vice, to try cases in New Jersey and Delaware. The primary areas of litigation have involved commercial transactions, business break-ups, family law and construction law.
