About James Burdick

James W. Burdick specializes in complex federal criminal litigation, principally white collar, but also narcotics, money laundering, interstate gambling, wire and mail fraud and other federal offenses and state Medicaid and insurance fraud matters, as well as in defense of health care professionals facing license discipline, reinstatement, DEA Registration Show Causes, HHS Exclusion and readmission and Blue Cross and other insurance companies’ de-participation and re-participation actions.
