About Jack Rosenberg

I represent people (predominately employees) who have issues with their employers. This involves discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, overtime claims, whistleblowers, false claims act, qui tam, EEOC matters, and other employment-related matters. I also handle personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.

Additionally, I represent parties in Georgia Department of Labor unemployment compensation appeals throughout the State of Georgia. Also, I have an active practice in the field of mediation throughout the country.
