About Harry Johnson
A native of Shreveport, Harry Johnson obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in 2009 and law degree from Louisiana State University in 2013. Upon graduating law school, Harry clerked for the Louisiana Supreme Court for Justice Scott J. Crichton and entered private practice in 2015. Harry joins Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys as a seasoned trial attorney, having tried cases to successful verdicts before both judge and jury. Harry has handled hundreds of personal injury claims, including 18 wheeler, commercial vehicle and auto accidents, oilfield accidents, wrongful death cases, premises liability cases, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, sexual assault and battery and corporate malfeasance. He has successfully argued and won over fifty pre-trial motions in both state and federal district court, and has found further success with winning arguments and briefs before the Second Circuit Court of Appeal and Louisiana Supreme Court. Harry has also given continuing legal education presentations to other lawyers on complex procedural matters and practical tips on building a successful personal injury case from start to finish.
