About Harry Ghandi

Harry is an immigration attorney and the founder of the Law Office of H. K. Gandhi. He is a Canadian Citizen, an American LPR, and an OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) holder.

The son of immigrant parents (and an immigrant himself), Harry spent his childhood traveling across the Canadian—American Border, spending time between Toronto and New York.

Harry attended Oklahoma City University School of Law as an international student on a F1 visa.

Navigating through the immigration system, Harry obtained his American residency (LPR).

Prior to opening the Law Office of H. K. Gandhi, Harry worked on complex transactional immigration matters ranging from family-based immigration (including waivers) to VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) based immigration in Washington State.

Harry then gained further experience at an internationally recognized Human Rights and Asylum law firm in San Francisco, California, appearing before the EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) on complex Asylum, Human Rights and Deportation matters.

Harry’s practice focuses on investor and employment visas. Harry also represents asylum and deportation clients in immigration court.
