About Gregory Kingery

Greg Kingery is one of the founding partners in the law firm of Ackley, Kopecky & Kingery, LLP.  He practices primarily in real estate, tax and probate, representing various lenders, financial institutions, title insurance companies, relocation companies and real estate developers.

Greg has been recognized by US News & World Report, Best Lawyers 2010-2014, Nationwide, the “Presidential Who’s Who Among Business and Professional Achievers” and Chambers USA.  He has been published by The Journal of Corporation Law at the University of Iowa and has spoken numerous times to various groups and organizations on real estate and title law. 
Greg has participated on various boards and organizations over the years.  In addition, he has served as an expert witness numerous times in various court proceedings.
