About Gina McMaster

With more than 25 years of experience in Bankruptcy Law, Gina R. McMaster understands the stress that overwhelming debt can have on a family. She will provide advice and counsel to you and your loved ones to help determine if bankruptcy is the right choice for you. Gina has the experience and knowledge to solve big debt problems and help you keep your car and keep your home!

Gina has been practicing bankruptcy law since 1996. While in law school, she met her husband of 23 years and together they are raising two sons. Gina opened the McMaster Law firm in Greenville, SC, in 1998 and has actively served on the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. Gina is an avid sports fan and it’s no surprise that her favorite players are her two sons. When she is not hard at work fighting for the rights of her clients, you can find Gina volunteering her time at the local high school, working in her yard, or enjoying a good book.
