The Dougherty Law Firm, APC was founded in 1995 handling primarily construction, family law and personal injury matters. Since 1995, its practice areas have expanded to also include estate planning, probate, business formation, contracts, and criminal law.

Gerard M. Dougherty, Esq. is the founder of the firm. The firm was established with one simple concept in mind: treat clients in a manner that Gerard would want to be treated if he sought legal counsel for the first time.
