About George Goosmann, IV

George F. “Greg” Goosmann, IV, a founding partner of Goosmann Rose Colvard & Cramer, P.A., is an Asheville native who received his BS in Business from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1985. He then attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL and received his JD in 1988, when he began his law career in Asheville.

Mr. Goosmann’s background is in real estate, and he has performed thousands of real estate transactions from complex commercial transactions to cash land purchases. He has been the recipient of numerous business and service awards. He is also an instructor at the Asheville Board of Realtors and a member of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina.

Greg is very active in the community and involved in many volunteer organizations. He is a member of the 40th Judicial Bar, the North Carolina State Bar, and the North Carolina Bar Association.
