About Gene Rodriguez

Hi. I’m Gene Rodriguez. I am passionate about helping families achieve peace of mind,
create happiness, and secure their futures while living richer lives today. I am especially
devoted to helping veterans and their families.
I’m here to help them navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions they face.
I focus on estate planning, including Wills and Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, and Gun Trusts. I
also focus on helping families through the Probate process, which can be difficult, costly, and
time-consuming.
Whether you are married or single, a veteran or not, in a traditional family or a blended one,
starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your
goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.
I graduated from the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY and served in the U.S.
Army as a Field Artillery officer. Later in my career, I went to Western State University, College
of Law while working full time in the aerospace industry. I was on the Dean’s List, received
honors in Constitutional Law and was President of the Student Intellectual Property Law
Association.
I am an active member of the Veterans Business Network and the West Point Society of Orange
County.
And, most importantly, I am married and the proud father of Amanda, a naturopathic doctor, and
Savannah, my daughter with special needs.
