About Gail Brashers-krug

Gail Brashers-Krug is a litigation attorney primarily engaged in white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation. Ms. Brashers-Krug has extensive experience in large class-action lawsuits and has handled many civil and criminal matters in state and federal court in Iowa, New York, Kansas and elsewhere. Prior to moving to Iowa, she practiced law for ten years on the east coast, most notably as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and later with Murphy, Falcon & Murphy. She has represented Fortune 100 companies in nationwide, multi-billion-dollar class-action lawsuits, as well as several players and coaches in personal litigation within an NFL team.

Ms. Brashers-Krug is a Harvard Law School graduate and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Iowa College of Law where she taught a variety of litigation writing and practice skills from 2008-2013. She has offices located in Coralville and Cedar Rapids.
