About Frank Spataro

Frank graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2012 with a Juris Doctor. While in Law School, he worked as a 711 attorney in the Winnebago County Public Defender’s Office and served as an intern in the Federal Defender Program in the Northern District of Illinois. Frank received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007.

Frank began his legal career in 2013 as a prosecutor in the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office in Rockford, Illinois. He then went on to practice Criminal, DUI,and Traffic Defense for the next four years. As a prosecutor and a defense attorney, Frank handled hundreds of DUI,Felony, Misdemeanor, and Traffic cases. Frank litigated numerous jury trials, bench trials, Statutory Summary Suspension hearings, and evidentiary suppression hearings.

Frank opened his own practice in 2018 in the Chicagoland area, but continues to serve most of Northern Illinois. He uses his past experience as a prosecutor and a defense attorney to find solutions to your legal problems. He has achieved excellent results for his clients and has a growing base of clients from past referrals. Frank takes pride in keeping contact with his clients to make sure they are fullyinformed on the status of their case.
