About Esther Zaretsky
Esther Zaretsky was admitted to the Florida Bar in January 1976 and subsequently was admitted to the New York State Bar. She is currently able to practice in both states.
Mrs. Zaretsky graduated from Widener University, Delaware School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware in 1975 and accumulated several honors during her studies, including being a member of the Delaware Law Review, Delta Theta Phi National Legal Honorary Fraternity and an American Jurisprudence Book Award in Federal Regulations. College was spent at Syracuse University where she earned a BS degree in 1972.
Besides being admitted to practice in both New York and Florida, Mrs. Zaretsky is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, Southern and Middle District Federal Courts of Florida and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
After serving the Fourth District Court of Appeal as a Judicial Assistant in 1976 and 1977, she started her private practice of law in West Palm Beach, Florida, serving clients with needs in personal injury, contract and commercial litigation, workers compensation litigation, family law disputes, and immigration law.
She is a member of the Palm Beach Trial Lawyers Association, Palm Beach and Florida Bar Associations, and was editorial chairperson of the Palm Beach County Bar Association Bulletin from 1983 through 1987.
