About Eric Schwartzreich

Born in Westchester County, New York and raised in Rye Brook, New York. Eric attended Kents Hill School in Kents Hill, Maine. Upon graduating high school, Eric attended Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After college, Eric attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida earning a Masters in Business Administration. After receiving his M.B.A., he went on to receive his Juris Doctor, from St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Schwartzreich has extensive trial experience throughout the State of Florida, with nearly 25 years spent handling adult and juvenile matters, in state and federal court. Mr. Schwartzreich’s trial experience of over 200 trials, both bench and jury trials, has made him a skilled litigator.

Mr. Schwartzreich’s office is located directly across from the Broward County Courthouse in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Schwartzreich predominantly handles cases in Broward, Miami Dade, and Palm Beach counties but often represents clients throughout the State of Florida.
