Ms. Perini focuses her practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, corporate and business law. Emily advises and represents residential and commercial clients on various real estate matters, including but not limited to landlord-tenant and condominium association creation and governance matters. Ms. Perini also practices in the area of Estate Planning in which includes drafting wills, health care proxies, and power of attorneys.
