Elizabeth enjoys learning different languages, playing volleyball, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. She, her husband, Ryan, and their daughter and son live Des Moines.

Experience
Various: assists business owners and high net worth individuals with dissolution of marriage, custody arrangements, name changes, and adoptions.
Community Schools District: assisted with a complex H-1B Nunc Pro Tunc request and J-1 expiration. Worked with the Iowa Department of Education to navigate technical regulations related to COVID-19.
Religious Organization: Helped a reverend with an I-360 Petition for Special Immigrant Religious Worker and an 1-485, which was administratively closed by the USCIS in error. With Elizabeth’s assistance working with the USCIS and Senator Grassley’s office, the reverend was able to re-file the petition and continue to serve his congregation.
Various: Prepares numerous H-1B visa applications each year for the national lottery.
