When you hire me to represent you, we form a team and need to be on the same page in terms of philosophy and goals. I believe that if the attorney and client are not in sync, the chance of success is less than optimal. Most attorneys do not believe this. They do not want to hear your “story” and consider themselves to be more of a hired mouthpiece for their client. That’s ridiculous. This is family law – it’s personal, and I take a personal approach to each of my cases.

I am here to provide plain English answers to your legal questions and to guide you through what is understandably one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to go through. I like what I do and I am good at it.

My office is based in Huntington Beach, California. I practice in all Orange County courts, as well as in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.

I keep the big picture in mind, adhering to a game plan that we discuss and plan together. In this economy, keeping an eye on the bottom line will ensure that you get results without getting hit with attorney fees beyond what you anticipated. I am mediation-minded and state certified as a mediator; however, some cases simply have to go to court. If that is the case, I am ready and I am a strong advocate for my client’s interests.

My practice is almost exclusively family law. Family law includes divorce litigation, mediation, and uncontested divorces, paternity actions, child custody, visitation and support, spousal support, division of marital property, and assignment of debt, as well as prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
