About Dustin Moores

Dustin joined nNovation LLP in 2019 after articling at a leading Canadian business law firm. Dustin began focusing on technology and privacy law in law school where he was a research assistant to technology law pioneer Ian Kerr, an intern at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic, and a member of the uOttawa Law and Technology Student Society. Before attending law school, Dustin co-managed the web department at one of the world’s top-ranked live event producers, where he led efforts to comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation. Dustin provides actionable advice on both public sector and private sector privacy law compliance, consumer protection compliance, and commercial agreements.
