About Dustin Brown

Dustin grew up in Albany, Georgia and then attended The University of Georgia. He graduated with an accounting degree in 1999 and remained in Athens to continue his education at law school. While at law school, Dustin was selected for membership in the GEORGIA LAW REVIEW, an organization that publishes a respected legal journal. Dustin managed the editing process of several student members. He also worked as a teaching assistant for classes both within the law school and at UGA’s Terry College of Business. Dustin graduated from law school in 2002 with highest honors (summa cum laude) and was selected for inclusion as a member to the Order of the Coif society in recognition of his excellent academic performance in law school. Upon completion of law school, Dustin moved to Columbus, Georgia to begin his legal career. In 2013, 2014, and 2015, Dustin was selected by his peers in the Georgia Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ which is a recognition limited to 2.5% of the practicing lawyers under age 40 in Georgia.
