DUNCAN W. O’DWYER is an attorney and Equity Partner at Forsyth, Howe, O’Dwyer, Kalb & Murphy, P.C. Duncan has been with the firm since 1969. He was admitted to the Bar in 1965, Kansas and 1967, New York; he is also admitted to the Bars of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
