About Drew Ranier

Drew Ranier is the founding member of Ranier Law Firm. He has committed his career and his firm to helping people in this community and around the country. He has been an outstanding member of the Louisiana and Texas Bars for 35 years and has earned the highest lawyer rating possible from his peers. He has won a wide range of exceptional verdicts, settlements and judgments, including several exceeding a billion dollars. He has represented widely diverse clients, including offshore workers, large landowners, auto accident victims, retirement plan beneficiaries, oil and gas interests, governmental entities, unions, refinery workers and asbestos and tobacco victims.

Drew Ranier’s service and commitment to his community is a driving force behind his firm. He has been recognized for this service by his peers and by the community. He was President of the Louisiana Bar Foundation (he remains a Board member), the State’s largest legal services funder for the poor. He also served as President of the Louisiana Association of Justice and on the Board of the American Association for Justice, where he lead the region and country in advocating for consumer, worker, and victim rights. He has been active in many Bar Association activities and currently serves on the Client Assistance Foundation. He has been elected by his peers to the International Society of Barristers. Mr. Ranier has served for seven years as a Board Member of The Nature Conservancy of Louisiana, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and restoring Louisiana natural resources.
