About Diana Levy

Diana L. Levy is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and has practiced Immigration and Nationality Law since 1996. She also has an English degree from Columbia University’s Barnard College and is proficient in Hebrew and Spanish.
Her partner, Michael Norton, is a candidate for the Arizona, New Jersey, and New York Bars. He graduated from the University of La Verne College of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2017. He also obtained an MBA in Management and Leadership from the University of La Verne College of Business and Public Management in 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Mathematics from the University of Redlands. With over 30 years of executive and international business experience, Michael handles the firm’s business matters, including client intake, financing, and drafting visa business plans.
Over the years, Diana has handled cases in several aspects of family and business immigration and naturalization nationwide. Diana’s specific areas of experience include L-1 visas for multinational managers, treaty trader and investor visas (E-1, E-2 visas), religious worker visas (R visas), immigrant investor cases (EB-5), Naturalization (U.S. citizenship), family-based permanent residence (green card based on family relationship), PERM Labor Certification, employment-based permanent residence (green card based on job offer), asylum, removal defense, and non-immigrant visas.
She has used her skills and experience to successfully manage cases at the U.S. Consulate abroad.
