About Deanne Brownfield

I’m a solo-practice attorney in the truest sense of the word. I do everything myself — I draft all of your documents, email and call you back, and am the one who shows up for you in court.

I’ve been a licensed attorney since 1995 and have successfully handled hundreds of divorces and paternity cases since I began focusing my work exclusively on family law 14 years ago.

I have worked in a variety of capacities in the the private, non-profit and public sectors. All of my professional experience has helped me become an effective litigator in my own private practice, which I founded in 2008. I love what I do, and my passion for my job helps me help you!

I grew up in Macon and currently reside in Moberly with my husband Matt. I’m a current board member of the Randolph County Sheltered Workshop (MPPS). I’m a past board member of Macon United Methodist Church, Macon Economic Development, Macon Downtown Association, Long Branch Area YMCA, Macon Public Library, Macon Sheltered Workshop, and University of Missouri Small Business Advisory Board. I’m also a member of the Missouri Bar Association.

In my free time, I love to travel, read, cook and spend time with my family, friends and pets.
