About Davis Loftin

As Partner and founding member of Mykkeltvedt & Loftin, LLC, Davis K. Loftin has dedicated his career to helping individuals successfully navigate—and win—a broad variety of personal injury cases from automobile negligence and trucking/tractor-trailer and motorcycle wrecks to dog bites, elevator/escalator injuries, premises liability, negligent security (including hotel and apartment complex shootings/assaults), brain injuries and wrongful death.

Prior to forming the firm, Davis worked on numerous high-profile cases as an associate at Peter A. Law, P.C. Davis has been recognized as one of the top young lawyers in Georgia, having been named a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2005, 2007 and again in 2009.

Davis is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law and the University of South Carolina (where he graduated Magna Cum Laude). He is a member of the Georgia State Bar, the Georgia Court of Appeals, The Supreme Court of Georgia, The U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, The U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, and The U.S. District Court Middle District of Georgia.
