About David Spitko

BA in Political Science from Ursinus College (1975), Masters in Public Administration from Syracuse University (1977) and JD from Temple University (1985) I have practiced labor and employment law representing private and public employers only since 1986 and library law since 2003. These are the only areas of law I practice.
