About David Gruber

David J. Gruber is one of our leading partners at our law firm, Gruber, Schwartz & Posnock, LLP. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Gruber was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1983 and was later admitted to practice law before the District Courts of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In 1986, he was admitted to practice law in New York by the New York State Bar.

Licenses
Mr. Gruber is licensed to practice law before the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Career
He began his career as an associate at Stern, Dubrow & Marcus in Maplewood, New Jersey. Later, Mr. Gruber opened his own law firm in Livingston, New Jersey, and was a partner in Lehman, Lehman, & Gruber between 1992 and 2004.
