About David Gaccione

David P. Gaccione, earned his Bachelors of Science from the University of New Haven (Summa Cum Laude) and went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration. He graduated from Quinnipiac School of Law in 1994. He is a member of the New London County Bar Association (NLCBA), Connecticut Trial Lawyer Association (CTLA), The Connecticut Bar Association and The Mashantucket Bar.

He is admitted to practice law in all Connecticut Superior Courts, Appellate Court and Supreme Court. In addition, he is admitted in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States Supreme Court and the Mashantucket Tribal Court. He has been practicing law in his firm since 1994. He is a lifelong resident of the CT area, and has experience in all areas of general law.  He has litigated numerous cases in a wide variety of legal disputes.
