About Darryl Pratt

With almost twenty-five (25) years of experience as a dual-licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Darryl V. Pratt has practiced law in all areas of corporate and business law, non-profit law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, asset protection planning, bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 13 and 11), real estate, sports & entertainment, and federal and local taxation.

Mr. Pratt focuses his practice on business representation, estate planning, probate and guardianship matters and is a regular speaker on a variety of topics including: business law, non-profit law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, asset protection, tax, bankruptcy, real estate and tax matters

Mr. Pratt is admitted to practice law in all courts by the Texas Supreme Court and the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas; and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Pratt is also honored to have received accreditation by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”) to prepare, present and prosecute claims for veterans before the VA. He is also Certified by the State Bar of Texas to serve in Texas courts as both an Attorney for an applicant for guardianship and also as a Court Appointed Attorney in a guardianship proceeding, including Attorney Ad Litem. Mr. Pratt has also been named as a “Texas Rising Star” and a “Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines.
