About Daniel Price
Daniel Price grew up in New Iberia, Louisiana before moving to Lafayette to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Trumpet Studies and Music Theory and composition. After several years of moonlighting as a musician, he then attended the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, earning his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law in 2019, and has been with the firm since. Daniel was a Dean’s Scholar at LSU and was awarded multiple CALI awards for his legal writing courses. During law school, Daniel externed under the late Honorable Judge James Brady at the U.S. Middle District of Louisiana.
Daniel’s legal practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, employment law defense, trademark registrations and disputes, and simple successions. Daniel also assists the firm in its representation of several clients that frequently appear before the Louisiana Public Service Commission in connection with various energy and telecommunications regulatory matters.
