About Daniel Cathcart

Daniel Cathcart specializes in the handling of medical-legal trial matters, and is especially devoted to the handling of aircrash litigation, with hundreds of cases for general aviation accidents involving both pilot causative factors and product liability claims. He is a former partner of Magaña, Cathcart & McCarthy. Mr. Cathcart is also the author of Aircrash Litigation Techniques, was named by Town & Country magazine as one of the top 80 plaintiffs trial lawyers in the United States (May 1985) and was named along with his partners, Raoul D. Magaña and James J. McCarthy, as one of the top lawyers in the field of civil litigation in the 1983 publication, The Best Lawyers in America.
