About Cynthia James

Attorney Cynthia James has almost 25 years of experience in family and criminal law and is a Georgia-certified mediator. Both the law office and Piedmont Mediation, LLC are located in beautiful downtown Winder, Georgia. Our office empathizes with clients needing our expert legal services.

Ms. James is licensed to practice by the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, and the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court and is licensed through the State Bar of Georgia.

As a former Assistant District Attorney, Attorney Cynthia James has extensive knowledge in handling many criminal law issues. Ms. James remains an active member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has been NHTSA-certified in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
