About Christine Duh
Christine Duh’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on patent infringement disputes. Ms. Duh has represented companies in high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts and before the United States International Trade Commission. She has litigated cases involving a wide variety of industries, including those in the life sciences and technology sectors, such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical therapy, medical device, computer software, cellular telephony, internet and gaming industries. She is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
While in law school, Ms. Duh interned with the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office in San Francisco, California. Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Duh worked as a senior web engineer for an online comparison shopping website and as a research analyst for a healthcare consulting company.
