About Christine Carey
Christine Carey represents businesses and individuals in pre-litigation negotiations, civil litigation, and arbitration proceedings involving employment law and commercial matters. Many of the commercial matters have involved such complex financial instruments as mortgage-backed securities. Christine has also represented clients in white collar criminal matters, including fraud and embezzlement, and has participated in internal investigations. She has worked on cases in both state and federal courts, including several matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
