About Charlie Martinez

Charlie Martinez has been in active practice for the past 25 years specializing in workers’ compensation. Charlie handles primarily workers’ compensation defense matters for employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. He focuses on catastrophic, complex, and high exposure cases. His longstanding clients include public entities, municipalities, and national corporations.

He holds the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell which recognizes the highest level of integrity, ethics, and skill by both the judiciary and his peers. Charlie is a talented litigator, gifted problem solver, and advocator for employers. He was recently placed on the Best Lawyers list by US News & World Report.

He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar and Miami-Dade County Bar Association and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Charlie holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida and Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law.
