Charles D. Meyer joined Goldman & Kagon in 1980, and remained a principal of the firm until its successor firm, Meyer & Felsen, was formed in 2008. He received his B.A. degree in 1977 from the University of Michigan, where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1980. Mr. Meyer practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Premarital, Postmarital and Cohabitation Agreements, Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Structuring and Management, and General Business. Mr. Meyer is admitted to the California Bar and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California.
