About Charles Kim

Charlie Kim is co-chair of Cooley’s global capital markets practice group and a member of the firm’s compensation committee. He is a nationwide leader in capital markets transactions, having worked on 100+ successfully completed public company securities offerings since 2019 alone (including Uber’s $8.1 billion IPO). Charlie focuses on representing US and non-US issuers, investment banking firms and venture capital firms in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.
