About Charles Jenkins

Charles W. Jenkins has over 25 years of considerable civil litigation and jury trial experience in both Federal and State court. He has represented and successfully tried cases for a variety of clients from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Jenkins has also obtained numerous victories for his clients by way of demurrer, motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss and other law and motion practice. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions and worked closely with a wide variety of expert witnesses.

Mr. Jenkins’ practice includes the defense of manufacturers and suppliers in cases involving exposure to asbestos, silica, benzene, formaldehyde and other chemical substances. He represents manufacturers in product liability lawsuits involving commercial machinery, equipment and retail products.  Mr. Jenkins represents sub-contractors in construction defect claims. He negotiates the sale of businesses and litigates contract disputes, business tort claims and claims for breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Jenkins handles matters on behalf of landlords and tenants involving breach of lease agreements and claims involving exposure to mold and other toxins. He represents businesses and individuals in automotive accidents and premises cases.
