About Charles Carr
Chris Carr is an associate attorney at Zeman and Petterson, PLLC. He represents clients before the Immigration Courts, in matters including asylum claims, cancellation of removal, and complex removal issues. He also focuses on affirmative asylum claims, waivers of inadmissibility, U-Visas, and family and humanitarian-based petitions. In 2017, he graduated from the George Washington University Law School, where he participated in Moot Court and worked as a Student Attorney at the George Washington University Law School Immigration Clinic.
Before his law career, Chris played nine seasons in the NFL as a cornerback, nickelback, and kick returner. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boise State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and won the Pat Fuller Memorial Academic Award. He is married with three children, speaks Spanish, and is a member of the California bar.
