About Charles Bracewell
Charles Bracewell was born and raised in Washington D.C. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Charles moved to California to attend Santa Clara University School of Law, where he received the Emery Merit Law and International Human Rights Law Scholarships.
During law school Charles clerked with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where he helped prosecute felony cases; the Center for Justice & Accountability, where he represented torture victims; and the Khmer Rouge Tribunal, where he worked on cases involving war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.
Since law school, Charles has focused his law practice on representing people injured by the fault of others. Charles handles cases involving railroad workplace injuries, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, train collisions, and train derailments. Charles also represents whistleblowers who are retaliated against by their employers for reporting safety concerns. Charles handles cases throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona.
