Charlie is an experienced trial and transactional attorney practicing law in Oakland, California since 1977 in the areas of business, real estate, commercial leasing, construction matters, corporate and partnership law, and complex civil litigation. Charlie is a member emeritus of the Earl Warren American Inn of Court and is a Past President of the Alameda County Bar Association. He has been a panelist and lecturer for numerous continuing legal education programs, including “Conducting an Effective Cross-Examination in California” (Lorman Education Services), “Recent Developments in Torts” (California Continuing Education of the Bar), “Landlord – Tenant Law (Commercial Leases)” (Sterling Educational Services), and “Real Estate Purchase and Sale Transactions” (Sterling Educational Services), and has been an instructor at law at John F. Kennedy University School of Law. He has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, publishers of The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and he is recognized as a Northern California SuperLawyer from 2012-2017 in the practice area of Business Litigation. Charlie is also the 1961 recipient of the Camp Squamasee Canoeing Trophy (Junior Division) and he has been recognized as a Northern California SuperLawyer every year from 2012 on in the practice area of Business Litigation.”
