About Caroleen Jolivet
Ms. Jolivet’s practice is concentrated in the areas of business law and real estate, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, and land use and development. A 1981 summa cum laude graduate of Providence College, Ms. Jolivet received her law degree from the University of Denver College of Law, where she graduated with honors and was a member of the Order of St. Ives, an academic honor society. While an undergraduate at Providence College, Ms. Jolivet was a member of the National Philosophy Honor Society and the recipient of the Reverend Cornelius P. Forster O.P. Award for excellence in European History, and the Clayborne Pell Award for excellence in American History.
Ms. Jolivet is a past member of the Board of Directors of Silver Key Senior Services, Inc. and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Housing and Building Association, and of The Greater Colorado Springs Economic Development Corporation. In 2006, she received The Greater Colorado Springs Economic Development Corporation’s Leadership Award. Ms. Jolivet is a 2011 Women of Influence Honoree. Ms. Jolivet is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, and the El Paso County Bar Association.
