About Carol Ricketts
Ms. Ricketts’ practice focuses on complex civil litigation and appellate advocacy. Ms. Ricketts uses her appellate knowledge to assist clients at all stages of litigation, from initial case development through post-trial appeals. She is actively involved in developing case strategy and identifying legal and factual issues for motions and to ensure preservation of appellate issues. Ms. Ricketts has extensive experience and success in drafting pre- and post-trial motions, including significant dispositive motions. Ms. Ricketts is also responsible for actions to enforce arbitration agreements and with assisting with the defense of clients in arbitration proceedings. In addition to her litigation and appellate practice, Ms. Ricketts regularly lectures health care providers on issues involving risk management and regulatory compliance.
