We can help you fill out and file the free court forms on the Minnesota Court Website related to Family Law including Divorce, Custody, Parenting Time, Division of Assets and Debts, Spousal Maintenance and Child Support.  We are happy to help you on a more limited basis to keep the costs down.  This usually involves sitting down with you (and often the other parent too) to review the forms (we will print the right forms for you!) and then having you come back to review them in the office with us after you’ve filled them out.
