About Brianne Kendall

Brianne has represented public and private companies in the apparel, consumer reporting, life sciences, medical device, financial, technology, payment processing, construction, and manufacturing industries. She has participated in internal investigations and served as counsel on complicated business disputes and regulatory matters. Recently, Brianne obtained summary judgment and recovery of attorneys’ fees on behalf of Firm client, Experian Information Solutions, Inc., in Collins v. Diversified Consultants, No. 15-cv-02115 (D. Col.). She also recently obtained dismissal of an arbitration demand on the basis that the claims were not properly brought before the American Arbitration Association.

Brianne also has a strong commitment to pro bono and participated in the Jones Day Laredo Project in 2017 and 2018 by providing access to the rule of law for detained refugees. Brianne is a member of the Firm’s Summer Committee and Recruiting Committee for the Irvine Office.
