Brian S. Steinberger started his intellectual property firm over 25 years ago, specializing in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
He formerly worked as a Patent Examiner for 9 years at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, leaving the Office as a Senior Primary Patent Examiner.
He is a member of Florida, Pennsylvania, and Federal Bars and has been a Registered Patent Attorney for over 25 years.
He has authored many articles for newspapers and technical journals and has taught Intellectual Property Seminars for the small business development centers for over 20 years at Eastern Florida State College, Small Business Development Center, and the University of Central Florida, as well as regularly speaking on intellectual property for the UCF Incubation program, and many inventors and author clubs over the years.
Mr. Steinberger has degrees in Industrial-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, College of Engineering, and a JD degree from Howard Law School.
He has prosecuted over 1,400 patents in all areas of technology, more than 1,700 trademarks, and hundreds of copyrights in the U.S. and foreign countries, written and negotiated licensing agreements, and has litigated many intellectual property cases.
